Even though House Minority Leader John Boehner, R-Ohio, said on Fox News Sunday, “I’m not for benchmarks with artificial timelines, yanking funds, trying to ensure that there’s failure in Iraq,” host Chris Wallace did not then ask the obvious question — did you vote to ensure failure in Somalia when you voted against funding for the Somalia operation?
